Booking

All inquires are based on request, therefore please use our online form to submit your inquiry as complete as possible like villa name, number persons in your group, your daily budget, holiday dates, any special request, etc. Or, email us at seminyakresort(@)gmail.com.

Villa Rental Rates

All Rates are quoted in United States Dollars, per night, and subject to change without prior notice.

Tax and Service

All rental rates are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge. Some villas’ rates are plus 21% government tax and service charges.
Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest’s discretion.

What’s Included?

Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa – just the same amenities when staying in a hotel.

2009 Seasons

It may vary from one to another villas about the season dates, but below is the outline:

Low Season
January 9th to 30th June inclusive
(excluding Chinese New Year & Easter Week),
September 16th to December 19th inclusive.
High Season
Chinese New Year: 23 to 28 January 2009 inclusive ,
Easter Week: 10 – 16 April 2009 inclusive,
July 1st to 31st inclusive,
and September 1st to September 15th inclusive
Peak Season
August 1st to 31st August inclusive,
December 20th to 8th January inclusive

Minimum Stay

It also varies, the outline is low season = 2-3 nights, high = 5-7 nights and peak = 10 nights.

Maximum Occupancy

All Villas accommodate a maximum number of guests, which is stated in our descriptions, and must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed to prior to receipt of full and final payment. Reservations shall be for a specific number of guests, which may not be exceeded, unless has been authorized by DwiBali

Legality Registration

In accordance with the Laws of Indonesia all villas guests must be registered with the authorities (Police Department) within 24 hours of arrival at their destination.
A photocopy of each guest’s passport will be requested by one of Villa’s staff upon of shortly after arrival at their villa.
A registration form must be promptly filled out and signed by each guest, the cost of which shall be for the account of the lesser.

Payment

A 50% – non refundable deposit is required by the villa owner to secure the villa upon booking confirmation. And final payment to be settled 45 days in low season and 60 days in high/peak season, prior to arrive in Bali. Booking made within 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required.

Payments can be TT-ed to our bank account and we also accept payment by credit card (Visa Card, MasterCard) with 3.50 % surcharge for administration fee. Clients will need to send a guarantee letter by FAX to authorize us to debit such amount on the card, together with the copy of its both sides, and copy of passport.

Changes Of Reservation

US$ 50.00 administration charge will be levied to any change/s for a villa reservation which has been confirmed, and for which a deposit has already been paid.

Check-in and Check-out Time

At some villas, check-in after the 14:00 hours, check-out time is 11 am

Flight Information

Guests’ names should be submitted to the reservations office prior to final payment along with flight information for both arrivals and departures with respect to airport transfers.

Airport Transfer

One of our staff will be at Denpasar’s Ngurah Rai Airport to greet YOU on arrival and drive you and your family/party to your chosen holiday home. Transfers to and from the airport to villa are free of charge.
Multiple transfer is additional charge.

Car Rentals (self drive or with driver)

Brand New Late model Kijang car is USD 50 per day inclusive driver and petrol.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposits. Deposit will be refunded for a cancellation if we can re-booked the villa for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rated refund will be made. It is mostly depends on the discretion of the owner. Any rental payments which qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to a deduction of a 20% administration fee.

Travel Insurance

With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.

Liability

CV. DwiBali will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of with respect accommodations, car rentals, including any substitutions.
If any services accommodations are substituted, CV. DwiBali will at all times and in good faith endeavor to substitute services accommodations of a comparable type.
CV. DwiBali disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at a private villa, or whilst engaged on any tour, whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of CV. DwiBali and its servants, employees or agents.
