The stylish and comfortable interiors have been individually designed by Cempaka the Island’s leading British interior design company. Taking advantage of The Seri’s tropical location, the majority of the rooms boast large, bengkirai wood framed glass doors that can be opened up, thereby ensuring that guests can enjoy open air living, while being sheltered from the elements. The Seri Villas – Seminyak management provides full hotel services supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained, friendly staff who will do their best to ensure that our guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali.
Personal butlers are on hand 24 hours a day to pamper and look after every need of our guests throughout the duration of their stay. The personal butlers will provide well-informed guide to Bali’s day and nightlife, fine dining reservations, villa cocktail parties, arrange island tours, in-room spa and massage services, cultural activities, sports activities, personal shopping tours, in-villa entertainment and travel confirmations.

The team also includes cooks, receptionists, housekeepers, gardeners, pool attendants and maintenance staff. Security guards operate on a 24-hour shift basis.

Breakfast is prepared & served in the Villa. The cooks are trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. They are responsible for all the market shopping, in accordance with the needs and the whims of the guests. The beaches of Seminyak are quieter then those of Kuta (less hawkers) but are great for lounging or playing in the waves … with a surf board or without. Welcome to bring a towel from the villa and don’t forget your sunblock! Shopping is also a 5 minute walk away to Jalan Laksmana (also called Eat Street or Jalan Oberoi). The street has many clothing and art work boutiques boasting the latest Balinese designs. Eating in or out in Seminyak is probably the most attractive part of Villa Chimera. Terms:

VILLA CAPACITY The numbers of persons occupying each Villa must not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation. Chimera Villas reserves the right to refuse any booking, which, in its opinion, is unsuitable for the property concerned. The maximum occupancy for a two bedroom Villa is four (4) adults & two (2) children. The maximum occupancy for a three bedroom Villa is six (6) adults & three (3) children.

CHILDREN POLICY Our Children’s policy is to provide one (1) extra bed for one child under 15 years old. In the case of two children, we allow one (1) child under 5 years old to sleep with parents and we will provide an extra bed for children 5 to 15 years old.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS Chimera Villas will provide 1 (one) superior standard vehicle per Villa for guest transfers from and to the Airport. In the case where more than 1 (one) vehicle is required due to numbers of accompanying baggage, the charge of the extra vehicle/s will be passed on to the client.

BREAKFAST The Chimera Villas breakfast is inclusive in the nightly accommodation rate. Any other breakfast items which are selected outside of the Chimera Villas Breakfast, will be charged to the guest accordingly

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS Wireless internet access is inclusive in the nightly accommodation rate. For guests who do not have a laptop or who have a laptop where wireless access is not available to them, dial up internet charges incurred will be charged to the guest.

EVENTS/PARTIES Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and special permissions must be obtained for functions where the number of people in attendance exceeds 150% of the capacity of the villa. Also clients should be aware that these are private villas located in residential neighborhood and, as such, not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated. DAMAGE/LOSSES The guest is responsible for leaving the property in good order and in a clean condition. The guest further undertakes to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. The Spaces

very corner of THE SEIRYU has the effect of producing gasps of surprise and delight when guests view it for the first time, art and symbolism is a key theme. The villas are linked by a hallway of 36 lights that have been custom made in the form of glass samurai swords, achieving a unique sense of space and mystery. The light that shines through the glass swords symbolize the strength of human relationships in the way that light cannot be cut, no matter how sharp an object is.

The Image of Dragons appears over 40 times in THE SEIRYU, they are an evocative symbol of artistic, intellectual and spiritual progression. The Dragon is relevant to the theme of “partnership”, the magnificent painting made up of 8 canvases in the lobby area expresses the season of spring; when couples meet. The artist has conveyed this meeting by painting the dragon’s body with a vast array of colorful flowers. This stage of the dragon is called “Byakko”.

You will also see the images of the dragon in the form of shadowgraph puppetry, the effect of shadow and light creates a look of dragons dancing which expresses the happiest age of life. This stage of the dragon is called “Sujyaku”.

Behind the reception desk there is a large dragon made from glass, this symbolizes any difficulties a couple may have, the thick glass represents the strength of a relationship. This stage of the dragon is called “Seiryuu”

Finally, the last dragon located in the lobby area is a dragon made in a Japanese style garden, using rocks, sand and greenery to create the form of the dragon. This symbolizes a couple living together in harmony. This stage of the dragon is called “Genbu”.
